Cooking method: frozen pelmeni are put into boiling salted water. They are brought to a boil and cooked for 5–7 minutes. Cooked pelmeni are taken out from the water and dressed to taste.

In the summer, carrying in thermal packs is recommended.

Refreezing is not allowed.
